Rebecca Krause has been named Phoenixville Public Library's new Director of Youth & Young Adult Services. She has been with the library for nearly 5 years as a Circulation Assistant in both the adult and children’s libraries. She received her Master’s in Library Science from Clarion University.
Rebecca has over 6 years experience working with children in her leadership role as vice-president and president of the Home and School Association here, in the Phoenixville Area School District. She has also addressed the school board on many occasions while in this leadership role.
Rebecca’s official start date, as full time Director of Youth and Young Adult Services, is Monday, April 25.
